Well.... I'm in Miami. Finally.
This is my third time trying to post this entry because my phone for some mysterious reason will let me type a post and save it, but not publish it. Oh well.
Anyway, so I got in to Miami yesterday at 6am after barely missing my flight in LA, all because of a cupcake ( which now are a symbol of everything evil). It's kind of an embarrassing story of if ya wanna know, email me and I'll tell you. Moving right along, I got to MIA and sat by the baggage carousel for another hour and a half because my bags were put onto another flight. Waited some more for a few AFS kids to show up, and we made our way over to the hotel.
Orientation yesterday was mostly us exchange students talking amongst ourselves and eating. But the one today is supposed to be more serious.
We're checking out of the hotel in an hour even though our flight to Santiago isn't until midnight. Once in Santiago, we'll have a 2 day orientation and our host families will pick us up from there.
This will probably be my last entry before I get to Chile. Email me though, my phone will let me do that.

I pray that all is peachy.... Well I am still sleeping with the light on and now I have both of your pillows from your bed, I remembered to pick up the mail yesterday and you know what I found “Your host family info” better late than never. Please take care; you know how important it is. I will work on my texting speed, yesterday you had 3 to my 1. Bless you my Jazz, of whom I am well pleased.

It took me forever to figure out how to post a comment on this thing. Go Raenaa! How was Miami? You sounded awfully tired on the phone. Hope you got some rest. :) I pray you made it safe to Chile...not too sure when you're going to get this, but update ASAP so everyone knows you're safe. Nothing much has changed since you left. Same old sugar. ;) We (Thomas & I) got called in to work today...so I guess the money's not looking too bad. Hahaha. I miss you dear, please take care and have a great time. I hope the flight to Chile was the shitz despite the fact that it was 8 hours. Unlike Raenaa i am the master of this shizzz LOLZ, i<3youRAE! I think by now your 2 day orientation has been done, i just havent had the chance to get to email because Harry Potter and I are having such a grand ol time. Mmmh my date with Harry. K weird i know. I finally got the 7th book and its kinda pretty and super bittersweet. I can only hope that Chile will still have the comforts of home and that you wont be too homesick, maybe they will even have a copy of HP en ingles! When we get it i will email you a copy of our reading list, if you still want to keep up. Like Rae said, nothing much has changed, but whenever there is a kodak moments i will post pictures for you. I best be seeing some hostfamily pictures! Oh and i hope they like the gifts you picked out at our SwapMeet Adventure.
